Color Matching + Art Consistency

Dye color may vary from lot to lot. This depends on whether you order units together or separately over time.
Color may change slightly due to material changes, dye manufacturer differences, and even weather conditions.
For the best color results, it is recommended to order all units together.

If exact color matching is required, a pre-production panel must be purchased before production begins
(cost: $30). Please note that screen color varies between devices, and screen color and print color will vary.

Artwork scale and placement will also vary across sizes. As with color consistency, ordering all units at once helps
avoid slight differences. Since all products are made-to-order, our production files may evolve over time.
Orders placed months or years apart may result in slightly different final products.

Production Time

Normal production time is typically 3–4 weeks. This timeline begins once we have received all of the following:

• Full order details, including all quantities and sizes
• Payment in full
• Signed production proof (if applicable, through our proofing interface)
• Approved fabric panel for color matching (if applicable)

Cancellation Policy

Once an order enters “in production” status, it cannot be modified. All garments are
non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure your order details are correct before placing it.

Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified for any reason. However, if we make a mistake, we will always make it right.

Additions to an existing order will be processed as a separate order, following the standard production timeline.

All prices are listed before shipping costs. Sale offers are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or applicable
to prior purchases. Coupons or promo codes cannot be applied during Black Friday sales events.

Product Guarantee

We guarantee top-quality fabric and construction through our in-house design, production, and cut-and-sew teams.

• Claims for shortages or damage must be made within 72 hours of receipt.
• Items washed with velcro or equipment that may snag the fabric are not covered under this guarantee.
• We reserve the right to repair or replace items at our discretion.

Artwork

When purchasing through the builder or ordering full custom products, Sublimation Kings retains full rights
to artwork created by our design team.

If you provide your own final vector artwork or logos, those rights remain yours. In cases where our team builds the concept,
we may add the finished product to our website without additional permission.

If you supply final print-ready designs, we will not add those products to the website unless you specifically
request it. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions when accepting the terms agreement at checkout.
