At Sublimation Kings, every product is made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer. Because our items are custom-made and not pulled from inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, if something is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All Sublimation Kings products are made-to-order, custom-produced, and final sale.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any product, including but not limited to:

  • Custom jerseys, uniforms, and apparel
  • Team orders and bulk orders
  • Products with custom names, numbers, logos, colors, artwork, or designs
  • Builder-created products, reorders, and customer-specific items
  • Any item produced specifically for a customer order

Because each item is made specifically for the customer, products cannot be restocked, resold, returned, or exchanged once ordered.

2. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preferences, design choices, change of mind, ordering mistakes, duplicate orders, or customer-approved artwork.

Please review all product details, sizing charts, artwork proofs, order quantities, names, numbers, colors, and shipping information carefully before approving or placing your order.

3. SIZING RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order. We strongly recommend reviewing product sizing charts and product details carefully before checkout.

Because all products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to sizing selection issues.

If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering so we can help guide you.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the issue and order type.

Issues caused by a confirmed Sublimation Kings production error will be corrected at no additional cost to the customer.

5. COLOR, DESIGN & PRODUCTION VARIATIONS

Because of differences in screen displays, monitor settings, product materials, and the sublimation production process, slight variations may occur.

These may include:

  • Minor color differences between digital mockups and finished products
  • Slight placement shifts in graphics, seams, striping, or patterns
  • Small variations between production runs or reorder batches

These normal production variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or replacement.

6. OUR PROMISE

We do not just print jerseys — we build gear we would wear ourselves.

If there is a legitimate issue with your order, we will review it fairly and work with you toward a reasonable solution. No runaround. No nonsense. Just real support from people who care about getting it right.

8. POLICY AGREEMENT
