Shipping

All orders are made-to-order and ship once production is complete. Standard production time is typically 3–4 weeks from artwork approval for custom orders, or from payment for retail items. Timelines may vary based on order size, item type, production volume, and seasonal demand.

In some cases, orders may ship in as little as 10 days. During peak periods, or for larger or more complex orders, production may exceed the typical 3–4 week timeframe.

Sublimation Kings ships using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and DHL. 99% of orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. The carrier used may depend on the destination, shipping method selected, package size, urgency, and order details.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email and/or SMS text. Shipping transit times are determined by the carrier and are separate from production timelines.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Sublimation Kings is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Rush production and expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee, but rush availability is not guaranteed.
